These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ciatoto platform. Please read them carefully. By registering an account or placing any wager on ciatoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
Age Verification: Ciatoto may at any time request documentary proof of age (e.g., a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification). Access to withdrawal functions and bonus activation may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of age verification.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Ciatoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Ciatoto requires all Players to complete a KYC identity verification process. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
Ciatoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are accepted in USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Ciatoto reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited and will be returned where possible, less any applicable transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. You must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire and cryptocurrency transfers within 15–60 minutes.
Currency: All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has selected a cryptocurrency option. Exchange rate risk for cryptocurrency transactions is borne entirely by the Player.
Ciatoto applies minimum and maximum transaction limits which vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account dashboard. Ciatoto reserves the right to amend these limits at any time, with or without prior notice.
Ciatoto is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account. Any suspected or confirmed money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
From time to time, Ciatoto may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
Bonus Abuse: The use of multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods, or any coordinated strategy to extract value from bonus offers without legitimate gaming intent will result in the voiding of all bonuses and potential permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing the details of any bet — including the event, market, odds, and stake amount — before confirmation. Ciatoto does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.
Sports betting markets available on the Platform include, but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Championship, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sporting events. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the Platform's discretion to suspend or void markets at any time.
All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, and arcade titles — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) and publishes an independently audited Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
Ciatoto reserves the right to void any bet or wager in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds pricing, event cancellations, system failures, or where evidence of match manipulation exists. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Ciatoto brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of Ciatoto or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Ciatoto.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Ciatoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ciatoto collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications. Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties. It may be disclosed to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ciatoto and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, Ciatoto's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Ciatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at Ciatoto's discretion after investigation.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings not yet satisfying wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
